About Us

Brett Moore BA (Hons) MSc MRTPI is the founding director of Moore Planning. He is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with more than two decades of experience in the profession. This experience spans both the public and private sectors and has enabled him to gain a sound understanding of how the planning system works and how to play it to his clients’ advantage.

He advises on all town and country planning matters and distinguishes himself from his competitors by drawing on his extensive planning and legal know-how to provide a first-class consultancy service. His meticulous attention to detail and project management skills have together, helped him establish an excellent record for delivering results in planning and consistently exceeding client expectations.

He boasts extensive experience of developing sites in both urban and rural settings and has acted as lead consultant on projects across a particularly wide range of sectors - having successfully unlocked the development potential of sites for private housing, retirement and care facilities, student housing, offices, industry, logistics, tourism, leisure, education, town centres and retail purposes.

He offers a nationwide service although being based on the south coast, projects tend to be for sites in the south-east region – namely across London, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire. This means that he regularly makes cases for the development of sites in areas of landscape or heritage value.
