North Trade Road, Battle

A Planning Appraisal was undertaken to establish the development potential for this previously undeveloped site with the settle boundary of Battle in East Sussex. The appraisal identified that the site had excellent development credentials to provide a residential scheme of development.

A full planning application will be submitted for a number of housing units and range of sizes. The design of the dwellings will respect the site’s High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also demonstrate that there will in particular, be no adverse impacts on local ecology habitats.

Once planning permission has been secured, the scheme will provide a spacious, safe and private, cul-de-sac environment on a site that is in short walking distance of shops, services and schools etc.
