Vulcan Business Centre, Addington

A Certificate of Lawfulness was successfully secured from Croydon Council for the continued use of this business centre for B2, B8 and E(g) Use Classes. An accompanying certificate was also secured for various external alterations that had previously been undertaken to the building unlawfully.

These certificates were applied for at the request of an incoming buyer of the site as their research had indicated that the lawful use of the premises was unclear. This pair of certificates have therefore added huge value to our clients’ asset and in turn have enabled a commercial sale to be completed.
